Krislov v. Rednour

In the widely cited Krislov v. Rednour, 97 F.Supp.2d 862 (N.D. Ill. 2000), aff’d 226 F.3d 851 (7th Cir. 2001), cert. den. sub nom McGuffage v. Krislov, 531 U.S. 1147 (2001), Mr. Krislov successfully attached Illinois’ ballot petition procedures that had previously prevented non-organization candidates from getting on the ballot.  Orr v. Edgar, 179 Ill.2d 589 (1998 (State constitution challenge to statute eliminating straight ticket ballot).
