Unsolicited Robocalling and Text Messaging

If you received an unsolicited telephone call or text message on your cell phone from a business, please contact us to discuss whether you have a right to bring a claim for violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”).  Businesses, such as telemarketers and debt collectors, who use “automatic telephone dialing systems” and/or “an artificial or prerecorded voice” to make calls or text messages without your prior consent may be violating the TCPA.
