U.S. Supreme Court Vacates Injunction

Consumer Victory:  United States Supreme Court vacates injunction against consumers that barred pursuit of class claims.

In a major victory for consumers’ rights to each person’s day in court, the United States Supreme Court vacated the injunction issued against consumers, reviving the pursuit of Sears for misrepresenting the composition of the “stainless steel dryer drum” dryers.
